The Guest Rooms at Theatre District are luxurious, fully furnished 1-bedroom suites for those in need of short-term housing.

Guest Room with English King bed • $300 per night
ADA Guest Room with Queen bed • $300 per night
Guest Suite with English King bed and living room space • $330 per night

*All credit card transactions will also incur a 3% processing fee at time of final sale. All reservations are final, and full payment is expected at time of reservation. No refunds will be given to completed reservations.

**Guest Rooms availability is limited during University observed holidays (see Academic calendar for details), peak times, the first and last week of the academic year, and the two-week winter break campus closure in December.
