Designed with both comfort and convenience in mind, the Atkinson Pavilion is equipped with central air conditioning and heating, as well as an integrated screen, projector, speakers, and microphones. Guests will also appreciate the venue’s convenient proximity to parking, making arrival and departure effortless.

Covered Courtyard

For added flexibility, the patio may adjoin to the O’Brien Dining Room or the Atkinson Pavilion creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience for guests. Portable heaters are also available to rent, allowing for comfortable gatherings throughout the year.

*Individual rooms are set conference style. There are folding walls that allow 2-3 rooms to be connected. These are perfect for breakout sessions or individual meetings. Rooms combined can be set in a u-shape, hollow square or with theater style seating. Each room comes with a flat screen TV with HDMI cable and wireless internet access.

Conveniently located near The Jeannie Auditorium at Sixth College, the Mosaic 201 and 203 meeting rooms offer flexible and welcoming spaces ideal for department meetings, workshops, and group sessions. Each room is outfitted with rectangular tables and chairs, whiteboards, a projector, a drop-down screen, and HDMI connectivity to ensure smooth, professional presentations. Additionally, both rooms share access to a common kitchenette, providing extra space for food and beverages.
